Lots of clear communication! The online system was set up to where we could always see the updated list of tasks that we needed to accomplish and items that needed to be uploaded. Anytime information was needed, we were always able to find it in an electronic format that could be easily uploaded. It was great having a task list that we could see day or night, and not have to call during business hours for updates. We knew they always have other clients they are working with, but you would never know with the speed that they always responded to our questions. Rarely were they unable to answer the phone, but if we ever needed to leave a message, or send an email, we typically got responses Within 30 minutes! They made the process very easy and kept us up to date with how everything was going. We were never left guessing or wondering. Thank you, Legacy Alcova team, for making what is traditionally a hectic part of home-buying so much easier and virtually painless!
